Casale Maestrale is located in a quiet and exclusive setting in the hamlet of Santa Lucia, in the municipality of Monopoli. The house is on one level and is completely fenced off. Beyond the entrance there is a parking area that can accommodate up to three cars.
The villa extends along an expanse of about 600 metres of lawn and centuries-old olive trees that surround the salt-water hydro-massage swimming pool (5×8 metres – depth 139cm) and the solarium area with outdoor hot-water shower.

The interiors are comfortable and cosy, with attention to every detail. As soon as you step through the door, you will find yourself in a large living area in soft, bright colours. Special finishes, such as stone arches and a fireplace, characterise the open-plan living room with sofa and TV, reading and relaxation area, open kitchen and dining room. The kitchen with induction hob is well equipped with all the necessary comforts such as utensils, oven, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, dishwasher and refrigerator.

Ideal for outdoor dining is the area in the side garden area for relaxing moments and the shaded patio with stone table, chairs, a barbecue area and a hob with two induction hobs, for enjoying pleasant outdoor barbecues.

Adjacent to the living room are 3 air-conditioned bedrooms and 3 bathrooms with shower. The first bedroom consists of a double bed and a single bed, with a private bathroom. The second bedroom consists of a double bed. In this room the bathroom is dislocated, reached by crossing a small corridor, and has a washing machine inside. In addition, the second bedroom is connected through a door to the third bedroom. The latter is the most spacious and consists of a double bed, a single bed and a private bathroom. It directly overlooks the swimming pool, adding particular livability to the house and allowing direct contact with nature.

Casale D’Alessio can comfortably accommodate a total of 8 beds.
