In this magnificent setting there is a small country farmhouse, used for decades as a warehouse, with an adjoining wood-fired oven, from which the expert hands of our grandmothers baked golden friselle to be seasoned with cherry tomatoes and extra virgin olive oil, crunchy and crumbly taralli and a bread with a unique flavor, made with flour ground with a stone mill. The property has recently been completely renovated, expanded and converted into a tourist facility. The property has a swimming pool with a green area and an exclusive equipped patio, immersed in the countryside of the ancient olive trees of Puglia, where the morning awakening is favored by the tranquility of the places and the sounds of nature.
