The Residence is the largest central block of a complex of three residential units, has an independent entrance with a garage inside, a large garden cared for down to the smallest details, where our guests can relax, immersing themselves in the scenic panorama between sea and mountains, the solarium that surrounds the infinity pool, the strong point of the residence, is furnished with deckchairs, there is also a covered patio to enjoy outdoor lunches and dinners.

The Villa inside has large and bright spaces: two internal verandas, a large living room with dining area, a fully equipped kitchen (our guests have access to a dishwasher, induction hob, toaster, coffee machine, blender, two refrigerators, oven and microwave oven).

Of course there is also a laundry area equipped with a washing machine and coat rack. The main body houses four bedrooms (two double, one single and one for double use), two bathrooms adjacent to the sleeping area plus a third external bathroom with shower located in the pool area. All bedrooms have air conditioning. A second covered veranda with a garden overlooking the hill is located behind the main entrance. The villa is only 200 meters from the sea and 1 km from the most beautiful equipped beaches in the area.
