Zafferano Apartment

Located on the left side of the property, it has an open-space living room kitchen with a double sofa bed, a comfortable bathroom and a double bedroom.

Each apartment has a dishwasher, hot/cold air conditioning, smart TV, wi-fi connection and video intercom.
Each housing unit has its own private patio with table, chairs and sofas, while the garden and outdoor spaces are shared.
The 2 jacuzzis are equipped with Bluetooth speakers to listen to your music and relax during the hydromassage.

Access

Access is via a driveway gate that allows you to park your car inside the property.
You will have the entire accommodation at your disposal, where you will find sheets, towels, shampoo, shower gel, and everything you need for a comfortable stay.
We will welcome you personally and will be happy to give you useful advice on how to get around the city and outside, or suggestions on places to visit, what to do and any events taking place during your stay.
Check-in is possible at any time after 3:00 pm.
Check-out is possible by 10:00 am.

Neighborhood

Villa Nucci is located in the district of Laureto, just a few minutes by car from Selva di Fasano, where the famous Zoo Safari is located.
Just 6 minutes away is the center of Locorotondo, the musical capital of the Itria Valley. It is here that internationally important music festivals such as the Locus Festival and the Viva festival take place.

Getting around the area

In 20 minutes by car you can reach Alberobello, a UNESCO site, as well as other towns in the Itria Valley. The closest sea is that of Torre Canne where you will find equipped lidos and free beaches.
In 30 minutes you can reach Monopoli and Polignano a Mare, while the Torre Guaceto nature reserve can be reached in 50 minutes. It takes an hour from Bari airport.
