Roberto Filomena, native of Martina Franca in the heart of Valle D’Itria founder of Apulia Hospitality, brings with him over 20 years of experience and passion in Food&Beverage Management and Hospitality Management, always spent in luxury hotels including 10 years dedicated abroad mainly in Europe but also with Start-up in the United States where he has acquired a high competence in consulting and management of high value accommodation facilities, from the proper conduct of Extralberghiera activities, research and training of human resources, creation of strict quality standards and conception of personalized services offered to customers.
